Foor Creative Graphic Design Policies:

• If we do not capture your vision in the initial concepts, you are entitled to a free redesign session.
• PROJECT PRICING: Work is charged by the project and includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Projects that go beyond 2 revisions are charged at my standard rate of $50 per hour.
• NO HIDDEN FEES: I charge for the product only. You do not need to pay for the consultation, source photos, or fonts.
• DEADLINES: Foor Creative and the Client must work together to complete the design project in a timely manner for both parties to remain profitable.
• PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due and immediately payable once the project is finalized and before final files will be provided.
• PROPERTY RIGHTS: You own your finished product but I reserve the rights to the ‘ingredients’ used to create your images, including fonts, illustrations, patterns, stock photos/art, textures, color combinations & shapes. I also reserve the right to display your final design in my online and print portfolio.
• COPYRIGHT: By sending specific images or files to Foor Creative, the Client represents that they are the sole author of the work and possesses all rights to use such specifications, images or files, including but not limited to any exclusive licenses. Client further represents that the specifications, images or files do not infringe upon any statutory copyright, common law right, trademark, license or any other proprietary right. In furnishing such specifications, images or files to Foor Creative, client agrees to hold Foor Creative harmless against any claims whatsoever associated with their use or exploitation.
• APPROVAL OF FINAL WORK: Foor Creative send proofs by email. The purpose of a proof is to eliminate errors or dissatisfaction. You are required to email me your approval. By approving the job, you are indicating that you're totally satisfied with the artwork and are responsible for any additional charges to re-make or change a job in the event that you signed off on a proof that contained an error (including spelling errors). No refunds or reprints are given after a final approved design has gone to print.
• JOB DELIVERY: Upon Client’s direction, Foor Creative will deliver finalized and paid in full artwork to a third-party vendor or to the Client directly via email, download link or direct FTP access. Foor Creative will confirm that third-party vendors has received the Client’s files, however it is the Client’s responsibility to deal with all other aspects related to their open job orders placed with third-party vendors.
• CANCELLATION: Cancellation of the project at the request of the Client must be made by email. In the event that work is postponed or canceled at the request of the Client, Foor Creative shall have the right retain the original 50% deposit. In the event this amount is not sufficient to cover Foor Creative for time ($50 per hour) and expense already invested in the project, additional payment will be due. If additional payment is due, this will be billed to the Client immediately via email to stop work. Final payment will be expected upon presentation of final invoice.
• If print color is poor, I will work with the printer to get it reprinted for you at no cost.
• Foor Creative project prices do not include third-party printing or shipping costs.
